Rebonding day

Sayonara to dry frizzy hair!

I just did rebonding today! And it was sort of unplanned.
Had gone to the salon to get a hairstyle, but ended up doing rebonding again. x_X
Anyway, guess it's high time i did one!!! The last time i did rebonding was exactly one year ago, and one year later, my hair bears no sign of any rebonding done before.
Hai. My dry frizzy hair. Not to mention THICK!

Anyway, feel so sad. I wonder whether i have to live a life that is fully dependent on rebonding. I used to think rebonding could be done once, and voila! The results are ever-lasting, or at least it would improve my hair quality. Hmmm.. maybe i didnt take gd care of my hair this past year?? OK! I guess i have a new resolution for 2007!

Sure hope i dont have to gone thru rebonding again! It sux at the beginning, my head shape isn't nice!!! AHHHHH! So my hair/head looks funny now!! URGH!

Went cine to watch "Open Season" last friday with poh, and we decided to catch the earliest one at 10am. We reached cine at 9.30am to find the place inactive because most of the shops were closed. The worse was the cinema itself also seemed closed. =_=

The ticket booths were all closed, because each had a "CLOSED" tag infront of it, yet there was a staff stationed at the booth. We were wondering whether it was open, till the guy spotted us and attended to us, before realising he didnt take off the "CLOSED" tag for his own ticket booth.

Then when we were supposed to proceed to another floor for the movie, we took the lift and stepped out to find the shutter down!! If i rmb correctly, it was already 9.45am lor.

After we managed to get in, we entered the hall that was pitch-black. WAH! How to find seats like tt??! And surprisingly, the movie started at 10am SHARP. Pity those who came in after 10am..

I didnt manage to see the Harry Potter Trailer!!!!! GRRRR~!

Haha! But the happy thing was after the movie, i spotted something (someone?) that was very familiar to me.

Wah.. somemore throwing handphones at me!!

Blur me lor, first time walk past (before watching the movie) didnt see my 2nd fave!!! SO BIG POSTER!!!!

Anyway, that shop is MISE *XCLUSIVE la. When i saw it, it reminded me that Joy did mention to me before that mise moved long ago. lol.

Had a shock of my life when i woke up on Sat morning and saw 2 similar messages from my and jasmine.

It went something like "results are out. Go this website to see the results"

O_O My heart was racing like mad, but the first thing i did was to on the comp.
Actually, i hestitated, firstly cause i dont think i have a high chance of getting gd results, and secondly, cause i would be going off to work in an hours' time, and i didnt want a bad mood to lead to commiting mistakes during my work.

Unfortunately, [or fortunately?? x)] the website couldnt be found, so i didnt managed to see my results after all.
(That nite i told my brother about it, and he was saying he might probably be the one who started the message cause he got the website from his gf, and he msg his fren abt it. Argh! He shld have wake me up lor!!!! But that's quite a difficult task too xDD)

Hai.. i dont wan to see my results!!! I got my jap one (not JLPT, its JCS) last week, did quite well, considering the amount of effort i put in. (thus neglecting my uni one! ;_; sob) So though i was quite happy for my jap results, am now feeling very tensed up for my uni results. ~_~

My cinnamoroll cup and bookmark!! The bookmark is from Macs, the cup is from Germany i think. My dad got it from me! *^^* And i love it alot cause it looks very kawaii, and it has the cover so it's quite convenient. But looking at the cup makes me hungry T.T There are pictures of cupcakes on it~~~!

Is Cinnamoroll a rabbit?? [My zodiac is rabbit, eh or isit it horoscope? lol, i always have problems differentiating these 2]

MY FAVE PRESENT OF 2006 FROM FATTY OIL! For those who dunno, Fatty Oil is my brother. He gave me this on my birthday, cause i've been hinting to him way before then. haha~ Now i cant live without my mp3 player!!! Once it went flat during half of my journey home from school, and i was left feeling extremely bored for the next 45min. FYI, my travelling time to school takes about 1 hr 30 min~!

New Screen

Im staring at something new at this moment.

Hoho!! It's my new flat screen monitor ^_________________________^

And what a big difference it makes, compared to my own monitor.
The old monitor is so big and bulky, it actually occupies almost the whole width of the computer table, whereas this new monitor occupies just 1/3 of the width!!

Ahhh.. but im still getting used to it tho. The screen seems very far away, and there's a big space between the monitor and me.

But im not complaining!! haha~ The resolution is so much better!! I don't mind watching dramas/concerts on the comp now!! [Previously, i preferred to watch on TV instead of comp]

Im so happy and excited cause im going shopping and watching a movie tml!! hee.. with poh!
Hope i get to see the HP trailer!! [tho i still hate it that they showed the trailer SO MUCH EARLIER! Hmmmmph.]

Lately i've been watching goong, and i still have not finish watching it!!!
It's so long lor.
Actually i dont think it's very draggy la, but i think the problem lies with too much episodes. LOL

Im alreadi accustomed to japanese dramas.
Japanese dramas are usually 11 episodes, and each episode is about 45 minutes.

Whereas for Princess Hours......
It's 24 episodes, and each episode is about one hour lor!!!!!

While watching Princess Hours, i was thinking about this, and i started calculating. lol =_=

If we were to translate this korean show into a japanese drama, meaning each episode is 45 minutes, then 4 episodes of Princess Hours would be equivalent to 5 episodes of, say, 1 litre of tears [i pick this drama cause im currently watching it too xD]

That means 24 episodes of PH = 30 episodes of 1 litre of tears!!!!!!!! O_O

OKOK i noe im really very BOLIAO! Too bored at home liao.....

Not only bored, very sad too. Cuz my comp KENA VIRUS!!!

ARGH! Last week kena spyware. Now kena virus. ~_~

Then a gd fren of mine went overseas too! And he wun be back till christmas. That's 2 weeks! *I think my sms-es would be a record low this month...*

About 1 litre tears. Was watching the show just now [episode 4 i think. URGH it's like there's only 7 or 8 more episodes! So fast!] and was feeeling so sad for Aya, when my brother walk past, and said:

"Wah. Watching one kg of tears ar?"

~_~ Only my brother can be so lame..

Yet only his sister can appreciate his lameness. haha. Nono wait, his gf can appreciate too. Not bad tho, that makes 2 person who can appreciate his cold cold jokes! [Dunno my mum considered or not.. cause she's easily amused x) ]

Anyway, can anione tell me whether Aya's first boyfriend in the show [the basketballer] is really L in Deathnote????????

I think i got this info from J dorama.. Was trying to find out more about the 2 actors in Death Note, so i searched for them in J Dorama.
For Kira, the result was impressive. He has a long list of dramas, whereas L has only a few, with 1 litre no namida among them.

Wah.. i still cant believe he's L!

Oh and the second thing i was thinking about was i didnt know Ryo is so skinny. lol.
I've seen him in clips before, but he really looked very skinny in the drama.

Hmmmm.. probably cause the other Johnnys guys are also skinny, so he looks ok next to them.. LOL. I think 99% of the guys are underweight lor!!!! *that 1% includes Sho-kun waahaha!*

Why does Harry Potter look so funny? The hairdo is weird........

Second thought:
OMG!!!! HARRY AND CHO KISSING!!
ha.. i actually forgot they were together in the 5th book.

But then again.. 6 months is sufficient for us to reread the books again.. i was trying to recount the events in Order of Phoenix just now, and i realised that i kept mixing up the events in different books O.O

Hai.. shall start counting down to 13th of July!

I had my JLPT yesterday.

For those who do not know, JLPT stands for Japanese Language Profiency Test.

I had my last uni paper on thursday.. and so for the next few days, i wasnt in a study mood.
Nor was i in a holiday mood. (cuz got JLPT)

Being in the intermediate mood, i was basically wasting time on friday and sat. (actually.. i cant remember what i did on those 2 days other than working =S)

So.. it was "last min hug buddha leg" AGAIN!!!!!! (as quoted from my brother)
I had from sat night till sunday morning to study for JLPT, and that was 12 chapters that i learned before, plus 2 NEW chapters, and 12 chapters of vocab!!!!

In the end i had problems decifering what the last 2 chapters are teaching (those 2 are the new chapters.. JLPT tests us from chapter 1 to 14, but my sch, JCS, only teaches till chapter 12), so i went to the venue with no knowledge of chapter 13 and 14.

Anyway.. the test was a killer. and i mean the listening. =.= i couldnt understand most of it cause 1) the speed was normal japanese-people-speaking speed
2) i had difficulties paying attention (guess cuz i woke up very early tt morning)
3) they dont repeat!!! (JCS repeat twice for listening leh. . . . i realise JCS has been very kind to us)

HAIYA!!!! I just hope i can pass! IF not.. it's a waste of my money!!! 20 BUCKS FOR THE PAPER, AND 1 DOLLAR FOR THE ADMIN FEE!

I had the paper at the japanese school at changi.. Aiyo, one word: CUTE!!!

I had mine at the first floor and i guess it's for the youngest cohort of the school. The wooden tables and chair are so short and cute! haha~ but the bad thing about it was we had to bend over in order to do the paper.

I love the classrooms. They are air-conditioned, and we had to take off our shoes before entering the room. There are shoe racks outside the classroom, and each hole had a partition, dividing the compartment into two, one slightly smaller. Joy was guessing that the smaller one could be for running shoes, the other for normal shoes. haha~

The playground is just outside the classroom that i was in!! So everytime i glanced at it, it reminded me of Taiyo sensei in Yoiko no Mikata. HAHAHAHA.. SHO-KUN!!! I guess the kids belonging to this classroom must be lucky.. imagine once its breaktime, they would be one of the first few to reach the playground!

And the toilets dont have basins for us to wash our hands, the basins are all situated outside the toilets. And the CUTE (yes CUTE AGAIN) thing was the basins and mirrors are so low! hahhaa~ kk i just adore the tiny and small things in the place.. reminds me of the schoolchildren x)

There's even cleaning stuff, eg cloths, mops, outside the classrooms (opposite the side where the doors are situated). I guess its for the cleaning up session at the end of the day.. The classroom was really clean and cosy =P

The sad thing was i couldnt take photos of the place cause my hp was low batt. =.= I only have myself to blame. x_x

Oh and joy's classroom had drawings by the schoolchildren.. haha~ so nice! mine didnt have.. haiz..

Aniway.. i just adore the place la. It's quite peaceful (since its quite out of place too.. in changi), and the feeling is very japanese. hahaha~ they use blackboard instead of whiteboard, something i hadnt seen for a while. Overall, the place is great! A pity we cant go in again.. i think unless i take JLPT again next year.. haha~

Yea yea yea! Holiday's here! But all of a sudden i dont feel like doing anything.......... Just feel like sitting on my bed and rot.. haha~ not a bad idea tho.

Nino in the papers

All this time, i remember i still have 2 vcds to watch.

And during the last few weeks, we were discussing about what we are going to do after the exams, and i told my friends "i have two vcds to watch!"

Two of my friends asked me what vcds, and i was stumped at that qn.

After like moments of hesitation, i exclaimed "Anego and gong!"
Yet something didnt felt quite right..

And it dawned on me today that something wasnt right.
I have THREE vcds to watch.
Gong, anego, and.... NOBUTA WO PRODUCE!!

OMG.. im starting to lose confidence in this brain of mine.

Anyway.. im just here to announce that:

I SAW NINO IN THE STRAITS TIMES!!!!!!

a cute innocent looking nino, smartly dressed in a suit and tie. ha. shall frame up that section.

LOL. ok thats exaggerated. I didnt even keep that section on hana yori dango that had a picture of Jun! [One reason was it wasnt a nice article.. CRITICISM.]

Exams!!

It's officially one more week to the start of my exams!

Actually.. its less than a week, to be more precise. Since my first paper starts at 9am next week..

Cant wait for exams to end! Then it's one month holiday, and its gonna be shop shop eat sing shop sing eat watchdrama sing! I have 2 dramas to watch! Gong and anego.. lol.. anego has been in my room for more than a year i think O.o and i think i'll rewatch STAND UP! cuz its sooooooo funny!

Had my japanese oral test today. It was terrifying.
My turn took only less than a minute O.O can u believe it??
Sensei had told us it was 5 questions, 2 sensei, and 3 minutes.
But mine took less than a minute, mainly due to the fact that the sensei questioning me was speaking very very very quickly.
U know.. like how normal japanese people talk.
No kidding!

And Ide sensei did say that the teachers will speak quite slowly cuz we are just at beginner stage.

But i guess i did ok.. though initially was quite stunned at the speed the sensei was talking, so i think i spoke very fast too xD
and i answered one question wrongly (wrong verb and tense!!), the very question that was extremely long and the sensei seemed like she used one breath to ask the whole thing.

So pissed! took like an hr each to travel to and fro from bugis, only to have an oral test that took less than a minute.

Other than oral test.. had my listening on wed, and the written test on mon. Both went smoothly.. ha.. but i alreadi found ne mistake for my written.. Come to thnk of it, i do enjoy japanese tests.. lol.

Time to work hard for my sch exams!! then its JLPT!!! Woo! mus score for JLPT!

P.S. the fact that im online here to blog is cause i kept coming online to check my grades for my elective project.. The lecturer said it'll be up this weekend!!

Recently i've been daydreaming alot.

Mainly due to the fact that it's time to prepare for the exams.
I find myself staring blankly into space at times after studying just a few pages of the lecture notes. Short attention span huh?

And i shouldnt be here at all cause im supposed to be studying! *guilty mode*

Anyway, recently i keep seeing w-inds. *yay!*
I only realised a few weeks ago that on weekdays, MTV sometimes shows concerts/TV specials on a particular singer/band on weekdays between 8-9pm! (previously they only showed on weekends)

I managed to watch TSUBASA & TAKKI!!!!! Went mad when i saw them.. lol.
Absolutely mad.
Especially when it was tsubasa's turn.
I just adore his dancing!! But he seems to be skinnier.. lol.. but i still like la!

Watching T&T was already gd enuff.. but i was super happy when i saw w-inds!!!
Twice somemore!
Once for their japanese concert this year.. and the other is them in TW.
And the best treat was they sang my favourite song on both concerts..
"Shiki" which is a 2005 song.. guess its so popular that they even sang it again this year..
It's not only my favourite w-inds song.. i think its my favourite song out of any other. x)

Saturday nights are always a night out with either s10a or poh.. haha~ last saturday it was with poh!
I was so excited to meet her cause we haven met for a few weeks.. so when i saw her, we started talking and talking and talking and i was telling her that we ought to go some place called "Susan's cafe" or whatever to eat, cause my family recommends it, and its at far east.
But being the blur me, i said HEEREN.

HEEREN and FAR EAST!!! SO MUCH DIFFERENCE! (in terms of spelling and distance)

Soo.. the worse thing was i only realised my mistake when we reached heeren. LOL.
When we were approaching heeren, i became silent, and suddenly screamed.

Me: "I said heeren izit?!"
Poh: "yahlo. No meh?"
Me: "DIE.. I meant FAR EAST."
Poh: "O_O dotz dotz dotz.."

Anyway we had plenty of stuff to talk about la.. so it was ok. haha.

Met some funny guy trying to sell us dunno-what, because he was rattling on and on and i couldnt catch what he was saying. The funny thing was he started off with a very weird slang and said:

"EXcuse me. I'M a TV STAR. blah blah BLAH blah BLAH yadda yadda blah blah.."

At tt moment, i wanna to say:

"Really meh? i haven seen u b4."

But before my brain could register if i have seen him before, poh was telling him we were not interested and started to walk off. I think i heard him say eyebrows or something. Aiya, dunno lar.

Weird guy. But poh told me later that he was really some tv star.. u noe, those who join some compeition and get kicked out during audition rounds. Oh wow, i didnt know that meant a tv star.

Ok.. about the food.. it was really great =)) though abit on the exp side..

Hai, super stressed because my japanese test is coming too, and i have to study for my school exams as well. and super sad cause i only have two japanese lessons left. Maybe i'll buy a present for my sensei! cause she's the best! lol.

Anyone heard of "Foolish Heart" By Steve Perry before?

It's such a nice sweet song.. =)

I was reminded of this song when i went to a bakery last week, and this song was playing in the background! haha~

So i went to ask Fatty Oil how come such an old song is so familiar to me, and he said it's cause David Copperfield used it for one of his performances.

O.o Wah his memory so good.. no wonder it's so familiar!!

School is getting worse day by day =( Im so tired!
And the worse part is im going to the trifac bash tml and getting my specs on sunday.

Discoveries

Anyway.. recently i've made quite a few discoveries. lol..
i'm calling them discoveries just cause i want to use some fancy word.

Discovery 1
I tend to eat alot when i study.
*faints*
I was studying on Sunday, and i realised i was exceptionally hungry the whole day.
I'm so terrified of the weighing machine now xD

And for today, i'm still exceptionally hungry as well!!
I think my friends were like "O_o u hungry again?!"

This is such a bad discovery..
If i choose to study, i will eat alot.
If i choose not to study, i will eat normally, but i will flunk my exams.
LOL.

Anyway, during Alevels, i used to drink lots and lots of water while i studied, and i guess it kept my stomach bloated so i wont feel hungry.

But why do i drink so much water??!
Cause once upon a time, my english teacher said:

Water Your Brain

She meant in layman terms to drink more water cause it brings more oxygen to your brain and keeps u awake.

She told us this cause alot of us kept dozing off during her lessons. =X

But i've stuck to this advice for the next 2 years.. haha.. and it seems to work!

I seem to have difficulty understanding university lecturers.
Not in terms of understanding the theory he's trying to explain though..
Sometimes i cant figure out what he's saying exactly. [if u noe what i mean....]

It's like only the 3th week!!!!
[er-hm but it's like 2 months after the camp tho]

and i wouldn't have known they were couples if somebody didnt tell me. =X

And someone in our group is attached, which was quite a surprise to us. =)

In NY, it was with serene, and the others..
In IRAS, it was me plus Farizah! and lihui.. hehe
In pharm, it seems to be me meiying and filina. LOL

I can only say gossips always make me energetic. haha~ though my gossips mean those like discussing who's the prettiest, who's with who and such. Not those mean kinds hor.

When u see me and Meiying laughing our heads off, it can only mean one thing.........

By the Way, yida is from PHS! which stands for presbyterian high school.. which is located just next to yio chu kang mrt.. which is my secondary school!

Speaking of schools, i actually forgot that teachers' day is around the corner.
And im so sad that i cant go back to phs the day b4 teachers' day!

My brother [lets call him Fatty Oil, cause his name sounds like tt, and he doesnt read my blog] and i went to get burger king at novena after our lecture yesterday, after we said goodbye to his friend [whom i thinks looks like Niu Nai from energy. LOL.. anyway he doesnt know my blog add too]

Haha.. it reminded me of IRAS!
because i used to go to novena every morning.. walk past BK.. the underground tunnel..

Anyway.. there wasnt anibody at BK.. LOL
FYI, it was alreadi 8+pm.
and next to BK was HANS...

and in the counter was this sinful piece of CHEESECAKE..
I wouldnt have noticed it if Fatty Oil didnt point it out to me, and even commented that "it's so nice, and creamy.. mmmm.."

So 20 minutes later at home..

Im tucking in happily into this piece of CAKE!!!

I can only say it's really very nice! [It looks nice rite...]

So that was the first food im recommending today.. haha~

Not only is it small [hence u can eat it on a full stomach], it's also sweet!!!
haha.. it's just the right thing for people with a sweet tooth.

It's a new pizza shop that opened near my house 1 or 2 months ago..
haha~ we tried it out on N. day and it was quite good!

First week in school

Ok.. im really pissed cause i was typing a nice entry just a while ago
and all of a sudden, i realised the letters weren't appearing on the screen anymore.
THE COMP HANGED AGAIN!!!

Anyway.. i've just survived a week of school.

Contrary to belief, i always thought first weeks were relaxing and fun,
since it's all about housekeeping matters.

BUT! im already lost in one of the lectures i attended yesterday O_O
On the other hand.. the good news is.. everyone else [i suppose so] is
lost as well! [ i hope so too.. xD]

As what Dr Chui said.. It's like tsunami after tsunami. lol.

Though the workload is coming in.. yesterday was a very HAPPY day for
me!!!!

WHY?? Because i met MANY MANY MANY [ok im exaggerating] old friends in school!!

In the morning to school, i met lois again. lol. i use the word "again" cause i met her on monday as well, when both of us turned out to be slightly late for class.
haa~ but yesterday we were both early.

Then i met a colleague from IRAS, Huiyan. She was mending the TIME mag booth at the science bazaar.
I know i shouldnt have done that, but the first thing i asked her when i regconised her was:

"Whats your name huh"

OMG. This reminds me of one of Monday's lectures. I saw Zul, another iras friend, in the LT, and i was super excited, [that's how i am when i see old friends] so i waved frantically at him.
He just gave me a blank look, and as i approached him, proceeded to ask me the very same
question.

It made me ~_~

But i've since come to a conclusion that both Zul and me are forgiven [haha!] because Zul and i wasnt that close in iras [we seldom talked], and the same goes for Huiyan and me.

To further prove my point, I still remember those who sat near me hor!
Farizah, Jai, Chee seng, Hesh, Mahes, Li hui [she was quite far away~~ lol, but one of the first few friends i made =)], NING xi [not NANCY, it's NING xi =D], farook, khair, suying, tomo, wanying, faiz, slope, alex, and blah blah.. [too many alreadi la!]

I had a short chat with her cause i was rushing off to put my bag in
the LT and to head for the nearest toilet.

After the lecture, i walked past again, expecting to see Huiyan, when i
saw NING xi!!!!

wahaha~ so surprised lo. Then we started to talk and talk [those who know ning xi ar.. she's abit loud ;) ], and i guess ppl around must be thinking we were deaf or something. too excited lar!

That was when i realised my friends were * missing *, so i had to bid them goodbye [ningxi was ordering TIME mag from Huiyan].

After i found my friends wandering aimlessly in the canteen, we decided to head off to MACS! Yay! It's such a coincidence that i was craving for mac since last week..

And while we started to move off, Joanna [from my JC interact club] walked past me! haha..
she looked different, so i actually hesitated before i tapped on her shoulders.
I like her hair!! x)

And after an exchange of a few words, i turned to find, to my horror, my friends gone again. lol.

Anyway i managed to catch up with them and i spend the 1 hr at MACs talking with Meiying!
hahaha~ our topics ranged from superstars to JJ to jolin to yanzi to pharmacy to he jun xiang [omg! he's coming!!!] to smap to japanese dramas to arashi to tsuyoshi. lol.
and i shared with her that someone in pharmacy looks like nino.

LOL.. before nino-fans come bashing me, i just meant there's some similar features. haha.. it's TRUE. everytime i look at him, he reminds me of nino! haha~ so whenever meiying and i walked past him or see him, meiying will go "lan. lan. lan" [arashi in chinese] and i cant help but
laugh.

During the last lecture, i was thinking of the many encounters i had that morning, and i thought of Shijia [my first 3 mths JC fren xD].
lol. Reason is i know she's in science, and i met her during the talks, but till now i haven met her at all since school started.

So as my day ended, me and Filina were at the busstop waiting for 95 [we missed 2 buses =_= cause it was so packed], when Shijia popped out of nowhere.
HAHA~~~~ okok. she was alreadi sitting thr waiting for the bus, cause she missed one before we came. haha~ a great way to end my day!

So we spend the remaining time chatting, and i even accompanied her and shujuan to take to jurong east [which was a longer route for me!] because it's a long time since we chatted. haha~
We even decide to probably join the same cca, but the big question remains..

WHICH CCA TO JOIN?!?!?!

There's so many.. and some dont look interesting.

Since im not able to influence shijia to join JCA [HAHA~ she so anti jap], if she finds a gd cca, i'll probably join tt with her, and not join JCA.. lol.

By the way, i almost went to the non-existent JCA welcome tea session on wed evening. Only knew it was off when i checked my mail on wed morning..

Yippie~ and im meeting poh later. HOHOHO. catching up with each other. =P

NUS module bidding

NUS module bidding is driving me NUTS.

Apparently, i had the impression that i was supposed to bid on friday for my elective module.

But it was not!

I had to bid from tomorrow till thursday! *stunned*

I am having a mild headache because i had been spending the past few hours staring blankly at my computer screen, and hoping to find that ONE suitable elective module to fit into my lovely timetable. [yes.. it is so lovely, that all of us gasped when we first set our eyes upon it]

And i was supposed to sleep early today!!! URGH.

The main reason that im still awake now is.. im spoilt for choice.
There's just too MANY MODULES AVAILABLE!!

And worse is.. when i take notice of a particular module, i realised it doesnt fit into my lovely timetable! *faints*

This is so confusing. [and sickening]

Matriculation!

Im officially a student of NUS!!!

Even the ez-link card is ORANGE. *gasp*
Why cant it be blue?!

Matriculation was quite an interesting day cause i got to go to the fair!
Actually.. not that i had the chance to go.. everyone HAD to go.

Let me explain..
First u enter the hall to submit all those forms, and get your ORANGE card.
and ur pin.
and this huge paper bag with lots of stuff in it.
[and lucky me i saw LOIS, my sec sch fren!!! haha~]

And u proceed on to this snake-like maze where people stuff flyers into your hands..
BUT! It's not the ccas yet! It's all those more important groups like overseas colleagues and counselling.

Then u reach this big open area where everyone is fussing about what labtops to buy.
It's so messy!

Since it was so messy.. i had problems finding the exit, till the extent that i thought there was NO EXIT!!!!
The reason being that i spotted this big arrow pointing to a door, and next to the arrow was the big words "Q here" .

Who would have thought that was the exit.. i thought it was for some kind of coupon or free products.

Anyway.. turned out that we had to wait there, follow the councillors to the 2nd floor where the ccas were, and watch a SHORT SHORT [as emphasized by the councillor..] clip on university life [u know.. the usual late for lectures, cant find the LT, photocopy notes stuff.. so exciting!], get influenced to buy their $10 matriculation pack [which i did!! =S haha!], and then to move freely to the various cca booths, another snake-like maze.

Where we got more and more flyers!!! and i started regretting about buying the pack cause it was SO heavy. [if u dont rmb, i was already carrying a big paper bag]

Anyway.. lois, patrice [my new pharm friend!] and me went to quite alot of booths to hear them out.. lois was so funny when this girl was droning on about her cca, and she replied,

"can i just put down my name?"

LOL

I was so surprised to see there's a japanese cultural alliance CCA!!! Woohoo!
And the guy who spoke to us was cosplaying.. er.. i guess some manga character.
But i was ecstatic when they told me they do cosplays as well.. haha!
And somemore they have a sub group called JMC [japanese music circle].
Wahaha!

i'll most probably join this for interest.. heh heh.
The guy seems to know i like jpop or something [lol], cause he ask me whether im taking japanese.

In any case, i should be joining another cca..
But im so lost as to which cca to join.. there's just too many x_X

Was planning to put up some photos of some birthday gifts i've received [yeah! advanced gifts~], but i hadn't touched my camera for months.

So the batteries are flat.

A good thing though. i was feeling lazy about taking the photos, uploading them, resizing them, and uploading them to photobucket. [How many times does the word "lazy" appear in my blog a mth??]

But then again.. i will probably take a photo of them once the batteries are charged [if i rmb] and when the mood is right. lol.

I got a bag from my parents!!!
Actually, i already knew i'll be getting it from them, cause my mum and i spotted the bag on a shopping spree last month. It was quite obvious she wanted to get it for my bdae though she was trying to keep it a secret. ;)

I love the bag alot, but nothing beats the next gift. heh heh.

My brother gave me a MP3 player. hahaha!
Because i had mentioned that i was looking for one the previous month, and was actually eyeing HIS one.
I meant that i wanted his mp3 player when he gets a new one. [so i was hinting him to get a new player]
But he bought a new one for me!!! =DD

With my new player, i've been listening alot to him:

This particular album. But i still prefer his song "Tokyo"! Wah.. his voice is so low.. and the guitar is so nice..

Speaking of "tokyo", Slow Dance is really nice to watch. @_@
Didnt have a good impression of it when i saw the 2nd episode, but the more i watch the more i like it.
A possible explanation could be this:

I kept telling my mum to look at him during the show. x)

Ytd's steamboat at marina was great. hoho.

Wk almost got me lost when he told me to take any bus from the mrt station..
Being a saturday night, there were loads of people at the busstop!! [another point to note is the bus frequency aint high]

ONce 402 came, everyone started moving to the front, and was about to board when the busdriver started shouting:

"Not this bus! Not this bus!"

lol. All these people were as confused as me. Guess their friends must have given wrong instructions as well.

Fortunately, i managed to board the correct bus [together with plenty of people], and this stupid auntie in front of me must have thought there's alot of space on the bus.
She was busy chatting with her friend, and she kept on moving backwards!! [both of us were leaning on the poles on the side of the bus]
Because there was another lady behind me, i couldn't move backwards, so i just didnt move.
Yet she still lean on my hand.
URgh.. what if it was a man instead and not me?! x_x irritating..

The worse was when the bus sort of did a turn and she leaned alot more backwards.
That was when i pushed her forward. lol
She still turn around look at me. hah~ but i ignore her..

Apparently there were so many ppl having steamboat that i could have easily not paid and joined my frens' table. lol. But then i would miss the icecream!

And we saw * *F I R* E W O* R K S* *!!!!!
But the view was partially blocked by the trees!
Greenery isnt always good.... x_X

Haha.. i can never get sick of Sketch!!! Such a beautiful song.. xD hoho.

oh and recently i cant stop listening to KAT-TUN's Special Happiness. The melody is so nice!!

Was at kbox this afternoon with poh and mic! haha~
We [mic and us] decided to meet up after such a long time.. [the last time we saw each other was at Macs.. where she would always be there studying diligently ;) ]
and we met some weirdos at kbox.. ~_~
but overall it was a fun time x) [i think the kbox ppl must haf went O_O when they saw us singing ON the sofas =P]
Pity xm didnt join us.. hmm..

I was talking to my mum about the old times, and we started chatting about my grandfather.
He passed away when i was in primary 4 due to cancer, though his death wasn't really because of the cancerous cells.
On knowing that he had cancer [which i think was at the later stages], and after undergoing those painful treatment, he took his own life by taking alcohol and sleeping pills, because he didn't want to spend any more money on these costly treatments nor suffer any more pain.

The alcohol and pills got him into hospital, where he died a few weeks later.

My ah-gong used to bring me and my cousins to the yishun sports stadium, because he worked there, and hence we could use the facilities there for free.
He used to come to my house a few times a week, when my parents were out and the house was left with me, my brother and my maid.
He would sit on the sofa and watch tv, while my brother [being quite an introvert] would be busy with his own legos.
I used to keep him company during those times, cause i didnt want him to be there watching tv all alone by himself when he took the trouble to make a trip to our house.
But i knew that to him, he didnt mind if we didnt keep him company, he just came to visit us and spend some time at our house.
Actually i dont exactly remember the tv-watching moments. I can only remember the karaoke sessions with him!!! =)
No wonder i find those old hokkien songs so familiar.. haha.
[i wonder how i was able to sing those songs when my hokkien cmi!]

I remember the last time he came to our house. I thought he was here for the usual tv-watching and karaoke sessions, but he went straight to his son [or rather my ex-father] and they started talking in a very serious tone. His eyes were also abit weird, one of them seemed to be out of focus. He left after the quick talk. No karaoke or tv-watching session. This was a few days before he took the alcohol and pills.

Being too young and ignorant, i didnt know he had cancer, nor did i ever thought that he would die when i knew he got admitted into hospital. [=_=]
Even when i knew he had just passed away, i was still in a state of ignorance.
At the funeral, me and my cousins still played around, as though we didnt realised he had really passed on.

It was only at the moment when his body was cremated that we started crying, cause for me, i started having flashbacks of the times when we went to the stadium, and when he came to my house to sing with me. I started to realise that all these belonged to the past, it can never happen again anymore. Furthermore, everyone around me was crying really badly [except for my brother.. lol.. maybe he was crying in his heart ?_? ]

Though i cant remember much of him now, i still feel sad whenever i think of him..
quite weird hoh.
Which probably explains the presence of the mole on my right cheek [hah~ cause some friends said it probably means i cry easily ;) ]

Haha~ just to mention that at this particular moment my computer is playing Tears by X-japan.. such a coincidence =)

YEAH.

I went to Gramophone at ORchard yesterday, and found a Kindaichi movie [starring Kame] for rent! and as i explored further, i found "Arashi in NY" vcd!

No prizes for guessing what i did next.

I bought the vcd!!!! [it was on offer by the way. =P]

The DVDs for rent were a huge bunch! Im guessing that they probably haf... PIKANCHI!!!!! [as well as PIKA**NCHI DOUBLE!!!!]

The probability is high rite?? Since they have Kindaichi.. which im SO tempted to rent.

The health check up at nus sucks.
I was complaining to my brother for the rest of the day.

I had an amusing encounter during the urine test when a girl asked another whether we pee-ed into the cup or scooped the pee from the bowl. x) Interesting.

And then there was the doctor who was keen on knowing what questions i was asked at my med interview. [Imagine having to think back and experience the interview again!!] I was quite horrified when he asked me that. Cause firstly, im a sufferer of STM [Short Term Memory], and secondly, this qn is usually followed up by "so what was ur answer?".

Fortunately, he proved my second point wrong, and proceeded to ask me whether i was active in JC. And after all this talk, he proceeded to tick 2 boxes on my form. [so i think all that chit chat was to find out if i was mental anot]

There was also the eye check up and O_O the height and weight taking.
It goes like this:
First u go to this guy who shows u a chart where there's 6 numbers, to test whether u're colour blind.
Then u take ur height and weight.
Then u check ur eyesight.

As the girls approached the guy to check whether they are colour blind, he asked them:

"Do you know ur height?" in a bid to save time.

ALL the girls in front of me said NO.

As i secretly plan to say YES and add 2 cm to my existing height.. he decided that i was going to say NO too and didnt even bother asking me. =_=''''

The last station was horrible. The chest x-ray.

Well.. i had expected girls and boys to be at different places. since it was like that for my brother's year.

But it wasnt. There were guys and girls waiting at the same room..

And the girls [those who only needed to take off their bras] were not provided with gowns. O_o'''' The horror of horrors.

I realised the importance of a BIG bag from this incident.

The worse was some of the girls were told to change back at the nearest ladies cause "it's faster that way" O_O

and my brother told me the ladies isnt really near-by.

How i had a good time in sec 4 cause the conductor's attitude took a 180 degrees turn, and he starting praising me for my playing =_=''' [not tt im complaining..]

The band practices were tiring ~_~.. especially cause im a french horn player, and im paranoid of the high notes @_@. Yea, and the french horn is the prettiest brass instrument!!!!!! x) [only if it's polished and shiny.. hahahahha~]

I woke up this morning to see a nice msg from my secondary sch friend.

"Happy Birthday!"

Problem is ar.. it's not my birthday!
Haha~ this nice fren likes to wish me one month earlier every year..

yes.. every year..

and every year i remind him its a mth later..
but he doesnt rmb. haha~

with frenz like him i wun forget my bdae is coming =P
[not that i will forget it anyway..]

The surprising thing is another msg came at about 11+am, with a similar content.
BUT.. this number was not in my phone book..
Was wondering whether it was a fren of the first fren who wished me.. since for the past few years, only that fren has set my bdae as 23 june.
And i get paranoid when the number is one that im not familiar with.. because i did delete off some numbers b4 =X

Okay.. it turned out to be a fren from IRAS! Woo~!

Which was really surprising cuz.. i dun remember telling ani of them when my bdae is.

So i started thanking him for his wishes, and asking who he was, and asking how he knew when my bdae was [he said it's a secret x_X ], before i ended off with telling him that it's nice of him but my bdae is one mth later. HAHA! =P

The feeling of being stuck at home is really unbearable.. lol..
I went to agencies with xm on fri, but i guess they may not contact us since we only can work for 1 mth plus.. x_x

School and Home

Last week in nihongo no juugyo [japanese lesson], Ide sensei taught us the following sentence structure.

"Watashi wa uchi kara gakkou made (duration) gurai kakarimasu.
[From my house to school, it takes (duration).]

Mine is about 15-20 min.
But before u go "wahhhh! so quick sia"
I've been pondering on whether it is good to stay that close to school. ~_~

The results after many brain cells were killed:

Pros:
~ Waste lesser time travelling
~ Wake up late [this is a sweeping statement!]
~ Can go home during long breaks to rest [if i wasnt tt lazy]
~ Reach school just in time. No need to stone in school before assembly.
~ Can laugh at others who stay so far away. Heh Heh.

Errrrm. i couldnt think of ani others.

Cons:
~ 70% and above of the time, u will be almost late! [that means having to run! and to nyjcians.. that's quite a distance @_@ .. and dont forget the schoolbag and TYS!]
~ 70% of the time, u are late not cause u were complacent and took ur own sweet time, it's cause u couldnt GET ON THE BUS! [i had to resort to go another busstop ~_~]
~ 50% of the time, u get the honour of carrying home laptops and bulky stuff used in projects.
~ I still wake up earlier than others. ~_~!!! [because i take a long time to prepare xD]
~ When u pon ten and decide to go shopping, u take the bus and see ur classmates on it. Worse still, see ur teacher!!
~ When u flunk ur exams, u cant use the excuse of "i stay so far away.. by the time travel home alreadi tired liao".
~ On exam day, when u still have some notes to read through, u start cursing and complaining about the short bus journey.

and the list goes on~~~~

All this while i have been going to schools that are a few busstops away from my house.. But from Aug onwards, it's gonna be lots of mrt stops. (-_-''')

P.S. To my horror, i realised i spelled yamapi as "yampi" in the first pic of my previous entry. *faints*

and im suffering from hyde fever. xDD

I started liking Pi after watching Stand Up.. and since i like Jin too, i adore yamapi and jin moments. xD

I was so hyper on wednesday after watching Summery backstage scenes. ^^''

Featuring..

Yamashita Tomohisa [better known as Yamapi] and Akanishi Jin [better known as Bakanishi]

Yamapi actually called him bakanishi in one scene. HAHA. did pi invent tt nick?

After jin pushed Pi aside [above], they started comparing muscles! =_=

In another scene, they were eating watermelons, and Jin was telling Pi that he thinks he is very compatible with a watermelon. LOL.. he proceeded to explain that smbody should feature him in a watermelon ad. ~_~

Pi stood up to explain some weird weird logic.. which actually turned out to be a very cold joke. lol. . . . Fortunately, nakamaru could appreciate the joke.. haha!

And they invented this handshake that is so complicated, only the 2 of them can do it together.

They sure haf lots of free time ar. haa.
After they finished the handshake and walked off, a jealous Koki confessed to the camera that he wished he had someone to do a special handshake with too. haha.

And they even haf time to fight!

Poor Pi. HAHA~ Plz dun provoke Jin again..

At the end of the day.. they depart with their complicated handshake again!!

Lately i've been thinking alot about friendships. [well since i have so much free time to think about stuff. lol]

It takes effort to maintain friendships.. Taking the iniative to ask one another out, pushing aside other commitments to spend time with them, dropping them a hi once in a while, accepting each other's bad points and appreciating the good points, and the list goes on..

It's especially so if u are close to that person. Your best friend.

Haa. im in a good mood today. So i shall spare more details on the interviews. lol.

I reached really really early that morning lo.
For a 9.30 interview.. i reached at 8. haa~
So i was stoning for 1 hr before i decided to look for a toilet..

And i wandered around.. walked past 2 guys who were in long-sleeved shirts and ties.
Obviously they were here for the interview too.
And.. they were looking through the faculty's booklet/phamplet that was given out during the open house..
haha~ so last min! LOL..

Anyway.. i actually walked one round.. LOL..
so embarrassing..
I walked past lots of ppl and i think they tot i was lost or something. *sweatdrop*

Hmm.. haha.. funny la. Everyone wear until very formal.
LOL..
and i got so nervous waiting outside the room!!
An indian girl waiting for the next room smiled at me. hee.

And while i was waiting.. the next room suddenly had an outburst of laughter.
(-_-'')
Then at that moment.. the door infront of me opened!!!
haha.. then this guy stepped out and he had this look of "yeah! its over! hah~ its ur turn now!! HEhehehe!"

OK.. i think i was too nervous so i might have misinterpreted his look.
And i waited for like 5 min.. [it seemed much much longer] before the bell rang for me to go in. [YES! There was a bell! lol.. so funny. i wondered where was the button.. hmmm]

And i almost fainted when i went in.

There was 3 interviewers!! Wah.. the website bluff me. say got 2 only!!
Haha.. but the first thing that actually caught my eyes were the sofas. LOL..
There was no table.. only 4 sofas/chairs. 3 on one side. and one for me.
Wah.. such a cosy atmosphere. (-_-'')

As for the questions.. haha.. too much alreadi!! i cant rmb all the qn..
Haha.. it wasnt a very pleasant interview.. They are quite mean at times... lol..
And there were a few times they laughed out loud!
I dun even noe whether they laughing at me or with me. lol.

The 2nd interview was by a medical student and i suppose a female doctor.
The questions were ok.. and they were much more frenly. lol.
and the room looked more like it! With tables and normal chairs. haha

OH yah.. today i saw lots of BLOOD!!
haha.. we had an operation at the dental clinic today.
Hahahaa.. lol..
Dr cut the gum.. lol.. i first time see!!

Haha.. im too tired to cont.. so looking forward to shopping on sat and kbox on sun!! ^^

Wahh.. i didnt want to publicise what happened for my interview yesterday..
But somebody else already did that in his blog.
LOL.. (_ _'')

K.. just gonna say.. it wasnt a very good day. haha.
The interviews were ok.. not that bad, but not that good either.
My 2nd interview went better tho.

And work wasnt good.
Did something really wrong.
Haii.
But Dr explained to me later on so i feel much better.
haa.

i suddenly feel like a superwoman.
lol.
So many things happened ytd!!!
Yet i didnt break down or anithing. lol...

And the funny thing ytd was i got an anonymous call.
So as usual.. i called back to see whether its an agency..
And when the person picked up and say "hello~~~"
I hanged up immediately.
LOL.. [fyi.. its not prank call k..]

And at that moment.. i was thinking..

"eh.. how come the voice is so familiar??"

While i was pondering over it.. my hp rang again.
Same number.

"hey u call ar?"

HAHAHA! it's Jai!! Aiyo.. no wonder it was so familiar..
Because for almost the whole month of march plus some days of april, i've been hearing him answer the efiling helpline with the same hello.

haa.. anyway.. Thanks alot to frenz who wished me good luck!!

Anyways.. i luvv night outs with poh. Hard to explain why.. it's just the talking and laughing thats fun.. =)))
We went to macs.. our usual hang out.. and there was a BIIIGG grp of NJCians.. making LOADS of noise!!

But anyway.. when we left.. that grp was stil there chatting away very LOUDLY.. grrrr..

And we spend the next few hours walking around amk and drinking bubble tea.

People living in amk.. plz go to this stall if u wanna have good bubble tea! Its near the interchange.. and near the coffee shop with the famous curry puff. lol. sorry ppl.. i suck at describing places.

Number 1: SHOPPING SPREE with POH!!! MAHAHA~! So long nvr go shopping le lo.
Number 2: KBOX with POH!!! YESH! i wanna sing as long as possible..

1) Jian Ao (by xie zhi and cyndi) --- cuz the song is sooooooo sweet! haha. i oso dunno why i find it so sweet la.. and i like xie zhi ma.. 2) Li Xiang Qing Ren (by Rainie) --- cuz the mv is soooooo sweet! HAHA. i like sweet things la.. including food. lol. Anyways.. i think rainie and he jun xiang very compatible la.

I realised this is the first time i've taken SOOOO many photos within such a short time!!
My computer is flooded with photos of me and my iras colleagues.. haha.. It's actually more than the number of photos of arashi/jin/kame!! *faints*

The photo taking spee started during the last few days of e-filing. haa.. it was a sadd day la. but i was rushing off for my dental work so i wasn't feeling much. lol.

OMG!! lol. There were mixed reaction among the people.. Some were shocked [like Faiz! hahahaha.. classic pose xD], some were in tears.. and some just couldnt be bothered with it and continued eating..

As the bbq went on into the night.. the girls got bored and started singing..

Med Test

Think blogger was down just now.. wasted so much of my precious time!

I chose this skin.. because my frenz say its nice.. haa.. and i like it too. =) Frenz are invaluable to me. I cannot live without them. x)

Anyway.. the test on sunday was horrible!! O_O *faints*
Firstly.. i reached VERY early cause i was afraid to be late like sat's jap test.. haha.. i learn from mistakes.. =P

I actually reached 45 min b4 the test.. and i was wandering around looking lost till i saw 3 guys observing the guys team playing water polo. LOL. and suddenly one of them decided it wasnt the time to observe guys playing water polo, and he exclaimed "Thr! i think hall 1 is thr.. the signboard says so."

So.. i followed them and voila! i reached the place. haha. all by myself! No calls to the police, or some person called tomo. lol.

And i had to "zi bi" for another 45 min.. the place grew more and more noisy as the time drew near.. i was looking for nyjcians.. so sad la.. i even heard somebody next to me asking her fren:

"eh ur class got how many ppl come for the test??"

"not alot leh.. only 3 or 4"

O_O".. i think my sch only got 3 or 4..

So thruout the whole test.. i was in my own world.. dreaming and thinking about what to eat for dinner later.. while the rest of the ppl were there chatting.. haha.. there were 800 of us!!! OMG!

Anyway.. im glad the test is over.. Quite freaked out tt morning.. Saw some guy in the mrt.. and he smiled at me for no particular reason.. at first i tot he was a fren.. but i realised later on that i dun have such an old fren. lol.

Then i sat down to avoid him.. and unfortunately i had a lovely dovey couple sitting next to me. ^^''

Haii.. haha~ hopefully my interview goes well too..!

I did this when i was taking a break from studying japanese in the afternoon.. And i cant believe the test was that simple.. =_='' Was feeling quite stressed up in the afternoon because i was runing out of time to study.. and i was feeling very sleepy!

So i had to bathe before leaving the house.. and after blowing my hair, i realised i was going to be late! >.<

Haiya.. So i was walking at ultraspeed.. and i almost faint when i saw i had to wait for 5 min for the train to bugis. x_x

Lucky i made it just in time! Hee..

Had a slight shopping mood after the test.. so i decided to go KINO~ mahahah~ i bought MYOJO!!!

And as expected, Joy and me were drooling over arashi. haha~ Aiba-chan is so kawaii!! Feel like changing my blog background to him.. ^_^

Haa.. tired.. took the day off for tml.. Yvonne was saying me and lihui go on date.. HAHA~ cuz we took off together for tml.. =PpPPp We were discussing abt it in the lift in the morning..

And.. i wore my favourite skirt to work today! haa..
The first thing farizah asked me was whether i going out. lol.
Then later on yvonne asked me whether i going on a date. lol.
xD am i not allowed to wear nice nice on a perfectly normal day?! haha x)

As members of PISS, we couldnt bear to write our min of meeting on clean fresh paper
[Hah.. why the heck do we nid min of meeting in the first place?!]

So secretary farook wrote on postcards that we got from IRAS canteen. haa.

Anyway.. we were thr to crap la.. and also discuss on the bbq next friday! So looking forward to it =)

Im glad i got this job.. Cause i've met wonderful and nice ppl. =))))

haa. after i heard jai singing MJ's "leave me alone" today, i suddenly have this urge to listen to the king of pop again. Which is what im doing now xD

I still luv his songs! =)
And i think its really unfair when people just goes "eeee" when they hear his name. Tho he is really abit weird recently, during the time he was popular, his songs were really very nice and meaningful. His voice is fabulous. haha.

Which explains why i bought the album "the essential Micheal JAckson"! BEcause almost all the songs i like are in the album! and some nice old songs by jackson five as well =)

Anyway my fave song would be "remember the time". haha. I like the MV too.

SO! i certainly hope ppl dun make a judgement of others so quickly.. so unfair for them. =(

Whee~! The east coast bbq on thur nite/fri morning was fun. =)

I had the dentist job.. unfortunately couldnt get anyone to replace me.. *hai* so had to work that evening.. and it was so busy!! O_o first time i so busy la~ bleahx..

As expected.. i had to OT.. then my parents send me to east coast! haha.. met kaiwei, para, yilin, weekiat, shilin, and darren. i was soooo hungry.. but the rest already full le. lol

haha~ the chicken and hotdogs and crabmeat which they bbq-ed for me~ oishii x)

Out of boredom.. lol.. we took more pics!

When shilin was abt to leave.. a cricket appeared out of nowwhr~ and freaked everyone out. LOL

Everyone was practically screaming away. lol. except for kaiwei who was busy taking pics, and me cuz i was busy eating my crabmeat.

Anyway later on after i fin eating.. we packed up and went to our tent. and realised that the whole floor was INFESTED BY ANTS! so we quickly took out thngs away and left to see what we can do.

Tot of going bowling.. but the alley was closing.. and para and i wanted to go the arcade!

haa~ i luv the arcade. lol. but we couldnt play cuz it was closing too. =(

Anyway.. we decided to hang out at mac.. haha.. played cards.. and chatted. =)

I finally got to eat mac breakfast! been carving for it for dunno how long laa.. haha. Hotcakes!

After chatting and sitting thr for god noes how long.. kw started complaining that if we dun walk ard.. he will fall aslp. which of coz was the last ting we ever wan it to happen. LOL. *sleeping beauty*

So we went to the beach.. and just laid thr and look at the stars!

and im so pissed off cuz yilin and para saw a shooting star!!

So LUCKY!!

I was dozing off at that point!

As the day got brighter.. we changed spot to see the sunrise!

cuz its qing ming jie so the jam occurred at the road next to the temple.

hai.. so sad la. and when i reached iras it was like haunted.

After work i met kw, serene, weekiat, alvin and we went to serangoon cc to sing songs. LOL. much cheaper than kbox la.. and we most probably going kbox this wed =X

haa~ i see my $ flying away.. lol.

but no choice la.. the guys are going into bmt this coming sat. =(

It was a fun nite yesterday. =)

Met yilin, serene, wee kiat, para, alvin, kaiwei for dinner at funan's KFC.
and then we went to settlers cafe!
My first time thr xD
Haha~~ and it was REALLY FUN.
I havent had a good laugh since dunno when x)
Only with them can i haf such a good time.
It reminds me of our JC life!!
Cant wait to go the cafe again =)))

For today's japanese class, we had to draw our bedroom and make sentences like "thr's a bed in the rm" and "there's a book on the table" etc.
Our teacher was briefing us what to do when one guy said "heya ni nani mo arimasen" [which means the room has NOTHING at all.]
LOL~ so funny lo! But of coz the teacher didnt buy tt la..

ARGH.

i've bin getting MAD CALLERS!
Thr was one lady whom i seriously think is "WEIRD"
She practically screamed throughout the whole call for no reason. (_ _'')
And then today got another guy who kept going "bloody hell bloody hell" and kept complaining
So i assured him i will take into account his feedback.. and was about to ask his name when he hung up!!
O_o~ If u sincerely want to complain or feedback, its quite common sense to give ur name so that ppl will take ur feedback seriously..
ARGH.
AND i HATE it when they accuse us of SLACKING on the job.
What the... Grrrr!

Anyway.. friday was chaotic with the 2nd batch joining.
LOL
Colleagues said it was sooooo noisy they couldnt hear the caller at all. haha.
And it's like... SO SCARY.
imagine u haf to pick up the call with like 4 or 5 pairs of eyes scrutinising ur every move.. and 4 or 5 pairs of ears listening to ur every word..

lol. ok im exaggerating. in short it was stressful. haha
lucky after a while i had to go down do backroom job..
Met new ppl.. and nice ppl too =)

but its SO EXP!!!!

Went to ntu openhouse ytd.. and nus openhouse today..
It's quite funny. Cause u get to see the universities boasting how good they are, and how not so good the others are. LoL

I think im crossing out medicine.. since the likelihood of me getting in is very small..

Dentistry is ok.. plus im working at the dental clinic.. so i already noe abit how it's like working as a dentist..

Pharmacy.. i dun really noe much about it xD but the fees are so much cheaper *sweatdrop*

so tired that i dont seem to feel anything when its gonna be 1st march tml!
Today was a fine day at work.. xD both the dental clinic and iras..
except for some minor things.. like a caller that really almost blew his top x_x grrr~ impatient guy. Make my day imperfect.

and.. a japanese lady called me! x))) so lucky rite~
(on 2nd tots, its not really im lucky.. its cuz almost all the calls go to my phone =_=)
hee i wanted to ask her name using japanese. LOL but she immediately ask me whether i can speak chinese..
and the rest of the conversation was in chinese~ xD
the only time i spoke japanese was at the end when i said "arigato" and she laughed xD

Today's calls were alot for me again, but it would haf been even more if Tomo didnt come and "shared" the line with me. Turns out that the guys sitting behind were getting bored with no calls. LOL. and they said they came to help to lighten our workload. lol. nice ppl. =) haha~

Been wondering why it's always customer service jobs that are challenging..
At the dentist, patients had shown their displeasure at our system by banging the tablen (thankfully i hadn't experienced any), or interrogating me with qns like

"why dr haven come?"

"it says on the door tt u are open at 6.30pm! now its 6.40pm and the dr isn't here?!"

Duh. of course the Dr comes in later. then there's ample time for me to register some patients so that once he comes he can immediately start work.

Anyway, today one of the patient was asking me abt the "no leaving after registration" rule. haha. but he's a understanding guy. didnt shout or anything. and when he was qn-ing me, another guy sitting thr said "that's the clinic's policy la"
LOL

and at iras, our superiors did mention that one of the temps did cry b4.
They even gave us notes on "how to relieve stress" and "how to deal with different kinds of customers"
haha.

It's funny that all the difficult jobs tend to be those that focuses on interaction/communication with people. x) it's a complicated world.

haha. think its sweet if the partners are a couple. lol. but its kinda weird if they are not a couple.. cuz there's so much touching @_@

Watching the competition is nerve-wrecking.. you never know when they are going to fall down. LoL. and whenever they fall down, everyone goes "oooh!" esp the commentator.

Hmm i was crazy over Final Fantasy VII Advent Children last mth. LOL

Jus realised i never talk about my blog song b4 (or did i? x_x)
hah~ i luv it! Especially the part when kame goes "you know i like it baby"
Previously Le Ciel was my fave song.. but i guess this song beats it xD
The chorus is really great with the different voices blending together~

Too bad this song isnt in the album.. but at least Le Ciel is!

My recent job seems to be influencing my way of thinking.
I never really thought of the path i want to pursue later on..
All the while i was thinking of only medicine or dentistry or pharmacy
and nuttin else.
So i most probably wan to attend as much of the uni talks as possible
cuz the reason i only think of these few courses is that i never really thought of what other jobs are available or how they are like. =_=

To tell the truth, being a doctor was like a "childhood ambition" xD
Baka me
This ambition had remained the same since young cause i never make an effort to change it, or explore new grounds.
Now im starting to think whether i really have an interest in it.. because i dont wan to regret it later.

(T_T) Maybe i shld think again after i get my results. More logical to do so..

Wahaha! I just watched the first episode of Honey & Clover! xDD
So Funny!! I think i was laughing throughout the whole episode. dunno whether my neighbours could hear.. ~_~

Sho's character is really kawaii x) If im not wrong, it's Takemoto~ But abit baka xD Reminds me of Taiyo sensei!! =D He keeps crying in the first episode haha.. whenever something bad happens..

the best part was when he was supposed to wake his senpai up.. Morita senpai.. LOL~ everyone was saying it's impossible to wake him up.. even with 6 alarm clocks.. and morita senpai slept in Takamoto's rm instead of his own because he wanted Takamoto to wake him up.. Because the previous year he overslept and got retained. LOL.

Then he was making a big fuss cause he didnt noe how he was going to wake morita senpai the next morning..

haha! and then this happened~

LOL. That's morita senpai in blue. He was saying " Urusai" [ehh correct spelling i think] and then he went back to sleep~ haha~

Anyway Morita senpai is really funny.

and the expressions are so funny!! The graphics is naisu.. Usually anime graphics sux.. LoL.. the manga one is always nicer.. But Honey & Clover is an exception i feel.

The ger.. (i forgot her name =_=) is really really very very kawaii. Looks like a doll. haha. gives me the urge to give her a big hug *_* somemore she talks so little~ Like very innocent.

Haha. can't wait for the next episode~ But my dl-ing is so slow.. x_x

New to everything.. then had to start being independent liaoz~

Somemore i now only handling admin work!! the registering patient part..

Today tried to pull down the er.. i dunno whats tt called =_=.. the gate or something.. then i couldnt pull it down! xD So baka~ Somemore i forgot to push the clinic door open. the door mus be open then i can pull the gate down x_X stupid~ nvr open i close the gate le will be outside of the clinic. HAHA~ now i think of it very funny.. then when i realise that a patient came help me open the door. LOL. then when i couldnt pull the gate down, they ask me i can anot. haha~ nice ppl x)))

A couple was one of them and the wife chatted with me. Haha she guess i was JC student! xD And she told me her sons oso studying in medicine~ and she gave some tips. =D
Nice lady. Hope to see her again xD But dunno i can regconise or not leh =X got poor memory ~_~

Hohoho~ Went for my first japanese lessons ytd! *^^*
the class was supposed to start at 4.30pm~ Then i was almost late cause i was busy wrapping my book ^^'' haha~ woke up too late lahh. Anyway i also spend some time looking for my receipt too cause wasn't sure whether the school nid it for verification... Lucky no nid =_=

me and Joy reach at 4.20pm and went to the recept area to take our attendance..
then we went to room 2 and i opened the door and i saw alot of people sitting in the classroom.. Somemore all turn their heads to look at me. LoL. I realised it was the previous class then i quickly close the door. So paiseh~ Then later on i realised that
IT WASNT THE PREVIOUS CLASS!!

GRRRR~ When i close the door nobody call me back (_ _'') haiz. anyway our sensei started early lahh. haha~ i think she very kawaii. xD Ide sensei~ She started off by telling the class whens our test.. Dotz.. Then we had to self intro to the class. Haha~ only 3 lines lahh

Recently i'm in luv with Jin's Murasaki *_*

And it reminds me to watch 2nd disc of KT's con! Wahahah~ I forgot abt it! Heh~ so im watching it later! At night bah~ luv to watch at night. Haha~ dunno why. Prob going to watch disc one again xD

I was sorting and renaming some files in the computer.. Cause my brother ytd told me the computer memory lacking already. Which means "YOU better burn all your stuff" LoL. No wonder my comp kips hanging nowadays =XX

While sorting i rewatched some clips~ One was akame's Okinawa trip~ and guess who i spotted!

Went to international plaza todday.
Was there with yl, para, wk.. me and yl went for an interview for the job of customer service~ It's singtel! and it's next to UTAC! How come i never think of that before *dotz*

Thought the job wasnt that bad.. there's even a paid training!! Wah~ will learn how to do customer service job.. haha! good leh.

Then later on we went around signing up for jobs at agencies.. And at Kelly services we had to do a typing test! I got so nervous when yl and para type so furiously! And the keyboard so hard ~_~ then i type alot of errors.. backspace immediately to correct the errors most of the time.. yet i still have 16 errors overall O_O so lousy. But my typing speed was 56wpm!!! (haha according to yl, who saw what the lady wrote on my paper) then overall is 46 wpm~ Wahahaha~ not bad.. To think i actually put 35 wpm in my resume~

Sh*t! I forgot to edit my resume before sending just now!! ~_~

Anyway i got the job as perm part time dental assistant!! YEah! Haha thats why i think i will stop looking for jobs le. I think i will try taking up a tuition job.. More flexible working hours~ Then wun clash with my this job.. haha~ the dentist is from NY too! And very interesting! will eventually help him out! can learn new stuff~~

Hee so hapi now! Cause big sis say i can join her for arashi con if she going! Haha~ xDDDD

I woke up at 4pm today. LoL
Because i was out the whole night singing!
*still in singing mood*

I think i woke up too early =_= Feel abit restless..

Ytd we went to marina square's kbox! We went at 7.30pm and at the counter, the package is described as "from 7pm to closing" yet when we ask them, they say we are only allowed to sing till 11.30pm!! O_o But she also added that it depends on whether there is alot of people.. Duh, it's marina square.. not some neighbourhood place.. so there's a high probability that we will get chased out at 11.30pm. T_T

We even went out of the shop to call other kbox places. HAHA~ was looking for one that allowed us to sing till closing. In the end we went back to this shop and settled for kbox at 10pm till closing. Ah it's better than nothing lah.

So to kill time we went ARCADE! ^__________^ So happy ne. Very long never go arcade le.
Haha~ we played bishi bashi and daytona! (correct spelling ?) i think daytona was fun. haha. somemore the pricing is so cheap there! I dunno why..

And i saw a fren i made at Markhan!! Alex! Woah so qiao~ he see me also dunno how to call me (_ _'') maybe he couldn't regconise me with my rebonded hair! xDD

Anyway kbox was so fun! Haha~ the funny thing was yilin and me preferred to sing guys' songs (no high notes) then the guys preferred to sing girls songs. LOL. So when it was duets, the girls sang the guys' parts, and vice versa. hahahha! So funny. then i wan to sing "jian ao" but nobody know how to sing!! T_T such a nice song....
haha. and they sae my rap very good =_='' because i was rapping energy's songs. LOL~ haha its not gd.. it's i rap too many times le.. haha

They kicked us out at 4am! Haiz went to esplanade there.. Quite surprised to see alot of people.. And funny balls floating in the waters. LOL. actually it's some art cause they change colour whenever the lights shining on them changes colour. Quite naisu ^^

Urgh. I met many funny ppl ytd. =_= first was when i was boarding the train. An uncle walked out and he had make up on!!! O_o i think he was wearing a skirt. Actually i didnt realise anything was amiss until a few sec later. HAHA *i think i was daydreaming* then after the train started moving, 3 idiots started laughing out loud, especially one who had such a high pitched laughter! WAHLAO. somemore laugh so loud. the whole cabin looking at them (or rather him) loh. GRRRRR. laugh at ppl. he shld go see the mirror. LOL the worse is he laugh from AMK to like orchard or something. He was laughing at pratically everything T_T so rude loh.

The next funny person i saw was a cosplayer. HAHA! outside kbox. he was cosplaying as one of the king of fighters character. i forgot his name~~~ the red hair one. the main guy lah. WAHbiang. so funny.

MERRY XMAS! =)))

ytd went to orchard with serene, yilin, alvin, weekiat, para.. shilin & kaiwei had to work at giodarno.. so they met us later.. but we went to visit them at the shop xD haha. like so bad.

Haha. serene was the first to reach.. at 5.50pm.. i was 2nd.. at 6.05pm (LOL i was already late!) and when i reached, i heard an announcement going "the station is crowded. please leave the station if you are not waiting to take the train" LOL. but it seemed like nobody heard it.. Me and serene oso =X no choice. cause dunno where else to wait for the rest leh.. everywhere so crowded.

Aniway later on we ate pepper lunch (i think tt's the name =_=).. the food looks great.. BUT. it turned out otherwise. haiz. wasnt tt nice after all. LoL. maybe cause it was the cheapest meal there.. O_o

Then later on we walked AIMLESSLY around. HAHA~ 6 ppl walking aimlessly around.. and it was so squeezy outside! aiyo.. everywhere also long Q. =_=
in the end we sort of settled down outside crystal jade at taka.. and chatted cause it was still 10pm! 2 more hours..

oh yah we bought a log cake!! ^____^ cause some of us have never ate a log cake for xmas b4 (i'm one of them xD) and we were waiting for the 2 of them inside the building when we got chased out by the security guard! Hmmph. went out to the ngee ann city area.
they fence up the area.. and thank god cause no spray cans were allowed within the area. outside the area it was chaos =_=
I think i have a phobia for the sound of spraying cans le.

haha. the funny part of the night was in the end, we couldn't count down to xmas together with SL and KW!! LOL. cause they were having difficulty reaching us.. the crowd outside was huge..

HAIZ. stupid ppl. when we were going home, i cant rmb i got sprayed how many times. =_='' actually getting sprayed was okay. quite fun oso xDD
but those workers.. da*n it.. they sprayed directly at our face!!! ~_~ stupid idiots. trying to blind us.. serene already use her hand to cover her face, yet they still spray it at her face. GRRR~ GRRRR~ GRRRRR~ so sickening.

We went home stinking.. x(

Anyway think we maybe going to spend the nite out for the new year countdown.. maybe going kbox!! haha~ so fun! =D

AIYO! my stupid tagboard.. wanna type something.. but it's having prob.. =_= i wan to change my blogskin.. but i lazy to.. LOL

anyway i just quited my job! haha so happy xDDDD shall not complain abt them here. (got lots to though) interested parties can ask me abt it.. LOL

then today watched kattun's 2004 con.. disc 1 only =_=.. LOL i watch things very slow.. anyway it's great!!! quite funny at times also.. quite like nakamaru's beatbox.. i even think it sounds beta than sho's one =X my eyes kept looking out for jin & kame. LOL.

the reason i watched disc 1 only was because i switched to watching HIG after that. HAHA~ suddenly got the urge to watch.. so fun..

oh yah.. me and joy went to sign up for jap lessons on sat!! we are no 14 and 15!!! LOL so kiasu rite.. we went at 8am.. the registration starts at 10am! and when we left still got long Q outside the building (the sch is on the 5th floor leh) and i saw the last person getting card no 400+
O_O so scary. and i had expected gers ard my age.. all crazy over jpop one. haha. but in the end half of the ppl r guys. and most older than me.. then got some quite dao.. =_= somemore they going to be same class as me and joy.. =_='' haiz.

HAIZ. SHO AND OHNO GOT SOLO CON NEXT JAN~~~~~~~ ='( cannot go see.. and how come the 2 of them only.. and sho already like very busy.. still give him a solo con.. O_o wan him to die.. LoL

haiz now starting work le.. probably will last for a mth (hopefully xD).. cause i think the environment there is quite stressful.. dun wan to lose all my hair.. and everyday OT!! O_O already 9-6 le.. still OT! and OT no pay! and everyday i reach home abt 7 - 8.. and by tt time im tired le.. haha like no life.. i guess studying still more fun. but i got to work to get $$$$$~~~ buy arashi stuff xDDD then still got to pay for japanese lessons..

i found out on fri nite that the shop and safe store near my house may need cashier.. haha. maybe when i quit my current job le, i most prob will go thr for an interview. so near my house!! i dun even mind working the later shift loh. haha~ walk thr less than 2 min i think. X) and there's one indian cashier thr who's very frenly! she can speak chinese and hokkein! O_O (para got competition le) and she very cheerful.. so i guess it wun be dull working thr..

aiya ytd i bought stand up.. LOL. im so slow.. cuz the TS at heartland mall got discount.. so i bought. LOL

then now i ve 2 vcds to watch.. cuz. i haven watched anego. HAHA~ slow.. haiz. and i dunno which one to watch first.. =_= jin or nino?! aiyo. stand up still got yamapi leh.. and shun.. and like very funny.. but anego oso funny. LoL. (x_x'')

My parents are in Bangkok now! LoL~ miss my mum. Haha~ anyway without her, i woke up late ytd. =_=. Pathetic.. I was sick on thur nite.. Dunno why.. Suddenly felt very bloated *lol* then went to vomit.
Then my bro make a cup of milk for me, say will neutralise or something. and i felt asleep with the lights on after a while.
Haiz~ and the next morning i woke up it was 7.30am!! O_O So shocked loh. Cause i didn't hear the alarm at all..
And by the end of the day was really pissed off by the school. GRrrr..

Anyway the rest went to orchard buy me and weekiat's present after school. haha~ me and WK stay in school till 5pm to collect me and shilin's buspass. GRRR.
then went to meet them at far east.
haha~ yilin not there.. hahah~
then the rest had already bought my present but couldnt find WK's one. so in the end they got WK to choose something he like.. But WK wanted a bag and we couldnt find one suitable for him.. so buying next friday.
haha~ belated present bah.

I think ytd really funny. Haha~ like keep laughing. Me and kaiwei share the strawberry pie in BK! Omg~ so nice!! So sweet.. felt so sinful. haha~

Went to the beach yesterday ^^
Got sunburnt.. LOL we practically spent most of the time in the water and lying on the beach.. with sand all over us..
It was fun =)
Cause we played bridge too. HAHA.
Went to meet Joy aka Limeade at 6pm..
Went back to meet the rest again at PS pizza hut. LoL. At PS 2 days in a row.
Cause i was there on monday. To watch INITIAL D!!!!! XDDDD It's a great movie! *and im not referring to eyecandy only*
took neoprints on mon with poh and xm =))) Been such a long time..
Went to mise.. bought a sho badge, and im sad to announce that i just examined it and it's scratched!!! ='( So careless.. Haiz~
Only went back home ytd at 9pm.. haha~ today's econs lecture was bad.
They gave us answers for the exam.. so many mistakes!

Haiz. just realised my blog no more song. ='( Tripod dun like me lah. haha~
Have been MIA for the past few days cause of exams! Didn't want to online.. cause once i start, i cant stop! hahahah~ i'll start looking at the forum.. then chat with people.. then watch clips.. then blog.. by that time, a few hours would have passed. >_< So i understand why my mum always nags at me when she sees me at the computer. I want my own laptop!! @_@

Exams ended yesterday!! Yippie~ XD haha so happy.. This time the exams was really horrible. I think it's cause alot of topics to study. Chem was everything. (-_-'') and econs was macro, which was the harder one. The papers were hard! Hope can do well though. Haha.. but for econs case study.. i dont have much hope for it.. cause i couldnt even understand the articles =_=

Yesterday went to eat steamboat after last paper.. hahaha~ actually it was cause we didnt know what to eat lah. the auntie there very friendly.. i think cause she has a son same age as us.. But the variety was... err.. and the food wasnt really great. So i ended up eating lots of prawns only, while most of the guys were eating crabs by crabs.. ^^''

And today we still meet again loh. HAHA~ morning they play bball then i couldn't wake up.. XDD so i met them in the afternoon cause i woke up at 11+am~ LoL~ was watching guessx3 last nite lah~ and we played bridge!!! Soo long nvr play.. hahah~ after a few hours we stopped and started slacking around at wee kiat's hse.. Watched "beauty and the beast"!!! Got that actor i like alot.. i dunno his jap name =X .. haha~ i think he has charisma! and the actress pretty too.. after that some went to play mahjong.. the rest of us watched zhen qing. HAHA. We really just sit there and watched.. guess everyone studied too much for the past few days le.. and only have these few days to relax..

Got to quickly do the chem revision paper.. cause i going out again the next few days.. =DDD

Hmm today went to school same time as i would for normal school day. Haha~ thought there was assembly! I guess lots of people thought too, cause there was alot of people too.. And we were like discussing what we DIDN't study before the paper. =_=
LoL~ it was the same for everyone. International trade part 2!! the notes is really horrible. Because there's so many words.. HAHA. and it was really difficult to understand.

Got quite nervous before the paper.. Cause for last year's promo, i was too nervous and most of the time i was daydreaming. haha~ first time that happened to me.
This time it was okay! Phew~ managed to finish the paper.. 3 essays!! woah.. just like the actual paper X( haha~ first time doing 3 at one go.. surprisingly my hand and head didn't hurt..
we had 6 qn to choose from.. Dont really like choosing.. Good thing is i can skip those that i dont like.. but bad thing is i got to spend time choosing the qn. LOL
